In a week or so, I start college, and I think I won't be able to work on the Star Shards as frecuently as I have (Which it was rarely). But knowing me I always rather get fun than study, so even if its slower, I will work on it.
Not to mention I'm also Beta-Testing a certain game, it's a secrect proyect so far so I can't reveal anything about it.
But don't worry people, even if it takes me 3 lifes, I will finish the Star Shards.
The Terra Star have been shattered! Now nature is in chaos. Is up to Mario and his pals to revert it back to normal!
Island's Castle
After so much of vacations, I'm starting to continue The Star Shards after the loss of motivation. I just managed to finish the last level of the Mysterious Island zone. Some kind of mysterious castle.
After the Island you gain access to Maple Kingdom, one of the biggest forestal kingdoms on the world, or that how it was supposed to be...
Anyways, heres a screenshot, with one of my ugly Koopatrols, they are the same as Koopa, but obviously, you can't jump on them.
Here you can fight the first boss from The Star Shards, it's totally optional, but you get a Star Piece from beating him, not to mention its part of the storyline.
Just if you guys haven't noticed, theres a comment space for each post, you can freely comment (You don't need to register or anything).

After 2 weeks
Well I'm finally back from my holidays in Pucon. So starting today, maybe 'till I start going to college (Which is in March) I will start working on The Star Shards again.
I also noticed no one has sent me any level. I guess no one is really intrested in helping the project anyways...

Requesting Levels
Okay, I enjoyed my birthday and stuff. Now I will start working on The star shards again, but I won't be doing level development at the moment.
What I'm going to ask you guys is:
To create levels for The Star Shards. I will review them and decide to either put it in the game or not.
This is because I'm taking too long in finishing such episode that is supposed to be short. Of course, I will be very grateful to whoever helps me, and obvious will have his name on the credit list, so, whoever feels like helping me, thank you very much.
Also, please, levels you request have to be:
- Eventless
- Starless
- Use a SMB3 Exit
Also the level must be either a desert themed level, cloud themed level or snow themed level, I will still be accepting any kind of level, must I need levels of those 3 themes to finish my episode.
To send a level simply e-mail me at my email account or PM me on my SMBX forum profile.

I finally finished the website. Now you can download the DEMO from the menu on the left.
I opened this site since the SMBX forums doesn't support Projects anymore, so I did this, now I'm adversiting the episode from my signature.
About the progress of The star shards, my inspiration to work on this is comming slowly, so on a few weeks I will start working on it again.
Also this part of the site, the "blog" part, will be used to show track of how the episode if comming, for the people who are intrested. I will also start forming a team since I don't think I can do this alone... Soon I will start asking for levels for the episode. So keep tuned!
